Mindfulness- Does not mean emptying our brain of all thoughts and feelings
You do not need to empty your mind of all thoughts to become mindful or meditate. Instead, you are truly paying attention by becoming aware, watching and observing the present moment. What happens when we multitask? Often in our society, multitasking is seen as a desirable skill.
