SPACE. How can we add more of it in our life? Space can mean a lot of different things to each person, but for me it means creating a way to slow down and pause. I am not naturally a go with the flow type of person. It is something that I have to intentionally work at every single day. I often want to fill my calendar with another training, class, trip or even a new book.
But what happens when we are constantly on the go with no time to pause? When we sit with space, we create a container for the new life that we want. We often do not take this time to make space in our lives and to fully express ourselves. What if the events on the calendar are instead a shelter to hide in?
Questions to ask yourself:
• Are your thoughts cluttered and filled with events of your own or others?
• How can you create space and declutter the mind?
• What if you had space for new experiences in your life? What would that be like?
“It is only when we stop that we can encounter life.”
