The thing that is really hard, and really amazing, is giving up on being perfect and beginning the work of becoming yourself. “

Change is a process. It is not linear. It is not a circle. It is a river with rocks and rough spots which leads to a new destination. I help clients bridge the gap between the desire to change and the action steps to make the change. We partner together to reimagine your life’s challenges and create your new life. It will be filled with the balance and purpose you deserve.
I floated through life unhappily, without purpose, while struggling to manage my anxiety, hormones and the ghosts from my past. With guidance, I am now living a life with health, meaning and excitement to wake up each day.
I am a woman who lived my life asleep. I decided to wake up, dive deep and ask questions of myself and the situations around me. My path to health coaching came from my personal struggles with anxiety, hormonal imbalance and trauma. Everywhere I turned, Conventional Medicine offered medications, but no real answers. How did this start? How does it heal?
I conducted my own research and learned about Functional Medicine and the impact it has on our lives through stress management, sleep, nutrition and movement. No amount of self-help books, exercise, chocolate or endless scrolling on social media were going to do the work for me. I want to carry this momentum into the lives of others. YOUR life.
Health coaching is an exploration process. I believe every individual is a capable, whole person who knows what is best for them. I listen and help you connect with your Inner Self. Your innate wisdom knows what is best for you in order to move forward in life. I provide accountability to support change and let you take the reins of your life. I do not give advice or provide a predetermined plan for how you should live YOUR life. Through small steps, we redefine your life together in a way you always dreamed.
I am a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and an ADAPT Certified Functional Health Coach (A-CFHC). In addition, I am a 200 RYT with an emphasis in Trauma Sensitive Yoga. I am married to a talented photographer and we live in Missouri with our two cats, Edgar Degas and Bill Murray, and our cattle dog Luna.
